Mai is the best! I have been having sessions with her for several months, working on facial hair, and am having excellent results. She has a high degree of expertise and is very precise with her work. I've followed her aftercare instructions and have had minimal skin irritation. Her office is very comfy, clean, and cozy and feels like a nice safe space. Mai is very professional and also very kind. I highly recommend her!

Mai does incredible work. I'm a repeat client, approaching my 20th session with her, and I have really come to trust her expertise and gentle touch. Mai knows how to work with even my fussy, sensitive skin and multi-colored hair (light, dark, a little red), and leave me with minimal irritation by the next morning. She makes sure I know what to do so I look my best, and heal up quickly.

I'll admit, I wasn't following her directions the first three or four sessions and had all kinds of breakouts and ingrowns, but once I got humble and honest with her, it all came together. We are making excellent progress toward my goals, and I couldn't be happier. She is great at explaining exactly what to expect, and is easy to talk to. Her treatment room is a cozy little bubble, a safe little space to have all those unwanted hairs zapped away by a lovely human who makes it as painless as such a thing can be.
