My experience with the doctor has always been positive and her assistance in my care has been spot on. I have multiple issues and a rather daunting family background with arthritis. We have worked together for the last 2 years monitoring my progression. I too experience anxiety ( a previous reviewer) and so I would recommend full disclosure of past and present health issues. Additionally, being informed, knowing your own limitations to medicine and not expecting miracles probably would help.
