Shop looks the same as it did 20 years ago. Same owner. Shop has a good vibe and employees there are super helpful.

I have been coming here since I was a little kid. Take my kids here and my father always comes as well. We have made great memories out of here.

I stopped in for some hardware. My board was missing a few nuts and bolts. Billy hooked me up for absolutely nothing. I offered to pay and he was very insistent that I did not. There aren't many people still out there like Billy. I highly recommend this spot. Great atmosphere, great employees, and fantastic service.

Just one of the best and most badass skate shops on the planet. Amazing history, great location, awesome staff, loads and loads of quality stock and more. George is just the best dude too - great chat. It's worth visiting this place just to see all the ancient skateboard relics on the walls, but definitely worth buying stuff too. The hardware is all great, but check out their own branded t-shirts and stuff too. 10/10. Need to go back one day!

My childhood neighborhood skate shop, an institution just like the owner Jim and his staff. Always friendly and supportive and helping kids to be kids. I can't begin to share how many happy memories I have at Rip City. Family owned, keeping it real for decades, repping the west coast. It broke my heart when I saw online that the new owner was trying to tear the building down. Thank goodness he didn't know what he was doing. Support your local skate shop! Long live Rip City!
