How i benefitted from using Rebecca as an agent was so much more than what i anticipated. I was selling my home and simply looking for another place to live, i contacted another agent but Rebecca was strongly recommended to me by my mortgage agent. I was going to go w the other agent but Rebecca seemed MUCH more dedicated and knowledgeable about the entire real estate industry and prepared a portfolio of listings for me almost immediately. when i spoke w her on the phone, i was impressed w her knowledge and practicality. When i encountered problems w the sale of my house (difft agent) that also presented problems w my financing a new property, she immediately got involved, contacted my selling agent, contacted numerous potential mortgage and other financing agents in order to help me find options to get the home that i wanted to buy. She is a workaholic who is extremely busy with all her other clients and projects but was always available by phone or text and always responded promptly. she was a friend more than an agent in trying to help me in every way possible including emotionally when my situation got really tough. Using her extensive knowledge and experience, she carefully advised me but never pushed me to do anything i didn't want to do, even when she didn't agree. rather, she supported me through the sale of my house and got me the new house that i wanted after negotiating all terms beneficial to me. It didn't even end there, she drove all the way to my old home on the morning of my move out, constantly asked me if there was anything i needed, called me several times that day to check on me, and made sure i had dinner afterward since i hadn't eaten all day. the next day she spent hours during my move in talking to ADT to arrange setup of my security system, she arranged to have my house painted and EV charger installed while i was away w my kids and offered to help with anything i need in my new home, even weeks after the deal has closed. I honestly think she is a one of a kind agent, not only because she is so knowledgeable and competent but mostly because she cares more about the client than she does about the commission.

Rebecca is AMAZING! We sold our Cheviot Hills home with her and the process was seamless. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and adaptable. Any question she quickly addressed. You will be in amazing hands. She's always available to help when needed and she's just a pleasure to work with in general! Highly Recommended! I would use Rebecca again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!

Rebecca is like no one else on the planet. She truly is one of a kind. I have worked with her for years and we have done many projects together. I have seen her level of service and attention to detail. She is amazing. Every home that she works on, she adds her own personal design and touch. Every time she lists a home, it sells within days of the first open house. Her work is above bar- as you say in English. She will take care of you, personally and add so much value. You will receive multiple offers and everything she sells goes way over the list price. She is kind, fair and so knowledgeable about all things home wise and in Los Ángeles. I simply cannot recommend her enough. She will change you life, make you money and handle all of your needs with ease and grace. She is a partner and a friend for life. Rebecca strikes again! I have a property management company that specializes in Airbnb's. I had a property that had a string of tough reservations & I knew the wear / tear on the owners & the property was causing a lot of strain. I suggested the owners meet with Rebecca to explore options. They spoke right away & a connection was formed. The timing was off however (hey - they had a profitable Bnb that was being handled so there was not urgency).

Until there was - then Rebecca fixed all the wear & tear. Got the home listed at the right time, at the right price. Long story short - that home is the highest selling record to break for their very desirable neighborhood & 251K over asking with 19 rock solid over offer bids. This was one for the record books. There is a reason I call her the House Whisperer!

We have nicknamed Rebecca - "The House Whisperer". No matter what step of the process you are at - a tricky qualification (that's me!) & finding a house in a specific LA neighborhood. Forced to buy or sell on a timeline (that was my best friend). Selling because of a life shift & needing to get the most for your home? Rebecca is 100% who you want in your corner.

She is extremely well connected. Rebecca has done this so many times; working with her there is a confidence & swiftness that I attribute to winning the bid! Rebecca is super knowledgeable, flexible, she is keyed in to LA & its' sprawling neighborhoods. She easily, effortlessly & patiently moves you thru the steps.

I met with Rebecca for a consult. Shortly thereafter my business took a turn so I ended up not going thru with a purchase. A few months later my BFF - who had been pre-qualified & losing on bids for over a year - got served with an eviction notice. I insisted she reach out to Rebecca immediately.

What happened next is mind-blowing as Rebecca burst into action. Finding a secret or "Pocket Listing" that wasn't even listed yet & in a neighborhood everyone else had said was impossible. As they moved thru the process there were a few "issues" that came up in the inspection & some of them seemed really sticky with the owner. Rebecca mediated all the negotiations & my friend came out ahead financially. She had enough money to buy all new living room & patio furniture! More importantly Rebecca took all the stress out of the process.
