BonVie Ideal Protein Weight Loss

Very effective and gentle weight control system for this 66 year old! This is the first time I've ever been able to stick to a diet (not much of a joiner!) and I know it's due to my coaches, Cheryl and Wendy. They are so informative and yet not judgemental. Perfect combo for me.

I love BonVie. I've lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks. Sharon and Wendy are so knowledgeable. They really know their stuff and keep me on track.

This program is ideal for me. My colleague introduced me to the program and first week on it, I lost 6lbs. I love it! Before starting the program, I had problems eating the right amount of food through out the day and I notice that I was not losing the weight. The snacks in between meals helps and the one on one coaching that I am receiving makes a difference. I like that every step of the program is monitored so that your weight lost is successful.

Since January, I've been on the Ideal Protein diet and was traveling to southern California for the month. I was beginning Phase 4 and wanted to make sure that I would be able to continue to sustain my weight loss and receive support. It's difficult to be away from home and not in "vacation" mode. They offered to keep me on track and I feel lucky to have found them. Sharon and Michele are wonderful!

Sharon is the face of BonVie. She is helpful and determined and supportive. She motivates you to lose the weight. I look forward to sharing recipes and restaurants. I feel like the weight loss process has been a pleasure with Sharon at BonVie. The Ideal protein foods are actually good. And I enjoy eating them.
