“I dropped into a class to get a feel for it this evening. It was definitely an aerobics with resistance challenge. What was nice, being a noobie, was how customizable the exercises were. For some of the faster combinations you could simple slow it down on the count or just focus on half the combo. You could also alter the level of challenge with changing the resistance band. My favorite part was the ab workout at the end. That seven minutes had my abs really engaged and they felt worked! Dustin was a very nice and motivating trainer. You can tell he is very proud of his product which is great to see! The fellow classmates were excited to be there and were very friendly. Finally...it’s at the beach!!! How awesome is that!”
