taproot acupuncture & herbs

I started going to Taproot a couple of weeks ago, Ive had 2 sessions so far. I went because I had a lump and swelling on my leg. During the first treatment the lump decreased to half the original size and in the follow up session it got smaller still. So I will continue to get more sessions to get more results. You can tell that everyone in the clinic truly cares about you and the place is immaculately clean. Devin is my Acupuncturist and she does wonderful work.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2+ years and after an early miscarriage. I came to Dr. Bento at the beginning of this year feeling depleted and frustrated by the medical system and my body. That all changed after only a few visits to Taproot. It was evident from the onset that Dr. Bento and her team truly care about patients and getting to the root cause of infertility diagnoses. From the individualized care to the warm and inviting office space, every visit is a highlight in my week. I feel confident that with continued care, we'll be one step closer to starting our family.

Really good place. Some acupuncturists are too gentle and you need to go back a bunch of times and some are a bit intense that it hurts. This was right on the money and gave me almost total relief from neck discomfort from one session and I slept great afterwards. The environment there is clean and calming and everyone is lovely. Highly recommend.

This was my first acupuncture experience and Sarah made sure to make me feel comfortable and at ease with the needles. It did not hurt at all, and was such a pleasant experience. Sarah is a skilled and very knowledgeable professional who obviously takes a lot of pride in her work and puts a lot of care into her patients and her practice. The clinic was clean and relaxed and Sarah and her husband are also just such wonderful people. She opened right before covid hit and through it has pulled through and managed to stay afloat and become a successful clinic! They are taking all the precautions during the pandemic to keep themselves and their patients safe!

I’ve been treated by many acupuncturists, and Sarah is the definitely the least painful. I’m really sensitive and intuitive, so I really appreciate an acupuncturist that is not painful. I went to Sarah because I was feeling a little emotionally numb. My family member has cancer, and somehow to protect myself, I can’t feel any emotions such as fear, grief or worry. I know being frozen is not healthy, so I asked Sarah for help. Sarah specializes in Japanese acupuncture, and after a few palpations, she told me my heart and kidney was not communicating and that my adrenals were shot. Makes total sense! Sarah is fantastic and I can’t wait to visit again.
