(August 8, 2016, 11:02 am)Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The owner even accomedated our corgi while we worked out. They also asked no drop in fee from us, which makes us want to by their shirts and support them. The coaches were knowledgeable and the programming was well thought out. Good size box, and well maintained equipment.

(April 14, 2016, 3:40 pm)On a business trip and stopped in for a workout. They team there was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was good. The coach made a custom workout for me during the open session. Had a great workout and would defiantly go back.

(February 26, 2016, 12:02 am)6 months ago I came to 5150 and explained I was preparing for a 6 day, 155 mile Ultramarathon in Sri Lanka. I had specific goals for strength and endurance and the crew accepted the challenge. I am happy to say that I completed the race and had a great experience due in no small part to the skill and dedication of the coaches (and now my good friends) at 5150
