Sharon’s vast knowledge, expertise, and attention to each individual’s needs is outstanding!! Sharon’s health wellness fitness approach is doable, achievable, and simplistic enough for those with extremely busy lifestyles.

Sharon is AWESOME!! I really enjoy the classes and training with her one-on-one. She‘s dedicated to what she does and it shows. She’s kind and really cares about our health and fitness. I also love the intimate setting of having small classes.

Sharon is amazing! She doesn't say things that you want to hear, she gives it to you straight, the good the bad and the ugly! She is the person you'd want to design your program and it would fit all your needs and goals. I have been a member of this studio for over 3 years and it has become such an important part of my life. Sharon is one of the most informed, talented and motivating instructors I have ever met. She is very supportive of everyone’s health and fitness goals, and is an excellent nutrition coach. Sharon teaches the majority of classes herself, all of which are fun, challenging, and truly produce results. I love this studio for its non-intimidating environment, and always look forward to every class I take.
