There isn't a bad thing I could ever say about this location. Rickey consistently goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me meet my needs. In doing so I am always able to get my vehicles back on the road in a timely fashion. His knowledge and resources have been vital time and time again when trying to solve some of the most unexpected and complicated issues with vehicles that I don't have a full repair history on.
You might be able to find a part at a lower price on "Amazon" or some other competitor. However, those savings can NEVER compare to the level of assistance, customer service, and solutions that Rickey and his peers in their store provide. For those reasons alone, I'll never shop anywhere else.
Very nice and knowledgeable. Clean as well.
Great customer service and the staff are always very helpful.
Super friendly staff. No hard sells or anything like that. I went in to find a specific harmonica key for a brand I really like, and they didn't have it but immediately offered to special order it for me. No issues at all, and they called me up when it came in. Great store.
Orlando is one of the best in the instruments repair people. His prices are very reasonable and his work is superb. I recommend all musicians to take their instruments there. Wether for repairs (big or minor) or adjustments. You wont be disappointed.
I've been here several times this past year and I've always gotten great service and a friendly smile from the owner Orlando and his staff.
I walked in just as they had close. However after telling Mr. Orlando how far we had come and letting him that we were referred by one of the Mariachi Reyna De Los Angeles members Ms. Linda Uiola. Orlando was very friendly made us feel right at home. He helped my son find a new mouth piece for his trumpet. He went the extra mile in explaining to my son the different types of music instruments he had and other types of instruments. I am so glad I finally got the opportunity to come to this shop and I would totally recommend Orlando's Shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I learned about this place when trying to find a new home for my old violin. Even though I had no information that I could give Orlando over the phone, he still told me to come in so he can give me a valuation. I went there with my family and he gave me so much professional knowledge about my violin and even told me how much I should be asking for it and what to say when selling to others.Even though I wasn't buying or selling anything of worth to him, he still went above and beyond and gave me a whole tour of his workshop and collection. He even did some polishing on my bow for me! He's a truly remarkable soul and I honestly can't say enough good things about what a wonderful person and an amazing craftsman he is. I am touched by his passion for the craft and I can say for certain that he will treat you like a good friend when you walk into his shop no matter who you are.
