The Academy is a great place to learn techniques that can help you defend yourself if ever needed out in the streets but also becomes a fun and awesome journey when you perfect your moves and level up in your technique. My kids and I attend the academy and it has been one of the greatest decision that I have made for my kids and I. Our physical health has improved, our overall mental health is stronger and most important it has became a great family activity. There hours are great so your kids can attend and also there adult class hours are awesome for those who have a busy schedule with late class hours. I was nervous at first because I had called other places and they said they took longer because they needed someone to come out and they’d have to call me back.
