Pasadena Hypnosis

I met Jason three years ago while dealing with persistent IBS. I had tried and seen every doctor in the book. I was taking medications for pain and was ready to try something new. Wow!! I am glad I did. Jason was so kind and helpful. I can seriously say that he made my life better. Through several hypnosis sessions, I was finally able to regain my life back. I am and forever will be grateful for his help and his compassion.

Went to Pasadena Hypnosis to quit smoking after a 13 year battle with the awful addiction. I was extremely skeptical and not sure what would come of it. I remember thinking afterwards, ok... I guess that worked??? But in truth each day that passes I feel stronger in my decision to quit. It wasn't a magical switch that made me never want a cigarette again. The opposite happened. When I think of having a cigarette I think, how can I do that to myself? Look what what we've gone through and look at where we're going. As dramatic as it sounds, I quit smoking with a deep reverence to the pledge. Jason has a warm and passionate demeanor and I hope to run into him again. 100% recommend.

WOW!!! I have been smoking for 30 years...decided to get serious about quitting recently and found Jason during a Google search. I've tried cutting down, stopping cold turkey, and rationing. NOTHING has worked. I smoked over a pack a day and woke up to my coffee and cigarette every morning...well not this morning!! I can't even explain the level of comfort I feel and the amount of hope I have inside. I am a non smoker and I am more than grateful for Jason's work and the compassion he has shown to me.

I saw Jason about four times to prepare for an imminent event involving my ex that was stressing me out. I really appreciated how clear and straight forward he was in explaining how hypnotherapy works. Initially, I had some discomfort about working with a male rather than a female, but after talking to him and doing a test run, he really won me over. Each session was like a journey (into my own mind!), and I had so many surprising discoveries about myself. This blew me away. Jason really cares about his work and wants to empower you to help yourself, rather than to become dependent on therapy. You will leave each session feeling amazing. I have been raving about Jason and this experience to friends, and I wish more people would let go of all their preconceptions about hypnosis from movies and pop culture, and understand the power of hypnotherapy. There is nothing mysterious or strange about it. It works!

Every class and session I've had with Jason has been amazing and so insightful.
