Beef stew on rice has nice five spice flavor. Black tea is not strong brewed but I suspect people come here for the special flavor combinations. Order ahead of you're in a hurry. Parking very limited. Outdoor seating has several tables under umbrellas.

Try the popcorn chicken and pork/chives dumplings and they were very good. Considering it's a tea/boba shop that offers savory dishes, the food it's good. Coming back to try more dishes.

Nice costumer service and not long of a wait. Would be five stars but got the strawberries & cream and first kiss drinks and neither were that good. Overall a nice place, but wouldn’t go out of my way to get again.

Best cold matcha I've found. I requested bitter, not sweet. And they did not fail to satisfy. Great establishment!
