  Shifus are super friendly with kids. They know how to get kid’s attention and improve their focus. If your kid has attention and focus issues at school, this is where they should come. I saw my kid improve at school within 6 months. Shifus are trained at the main Shaolin Temple in China so their Kungfu is authentic. The training studio is very spacious compared to other nearby martial arts schools.

  This Kung Fu studio really pushes you hard, and you come out with noticeable improvements to your flexibility, strength, and coordination. It goes beyond simple self-defense as well, adding aspects of meditation and mental focus. This is the closest thing to stereotypical Kung Fu as you can get for yourself. I'm an average dude, but the Kung Fu and Qi Gong classes have really improved my stamina, coordination, and explosiveness, which has translated to other sports I enjoy playing. I also have my sons enrolled, and my eldest (age 9) is on the verge of doing a backflip. I've seen other kids doing amazing things, from aerials to using a three sectional staff. This place really brings out talent you never knew you had.

  Needed to find a martial art outlet to stay active after business shut down. I found that the Shaolin Temple Cultural Center offered an online class, gave it a try and felt fortunate to find the Shifu's kind, helpful & knowledgeable. I still continue with classes even though businesses in Montana have opened up due the Shifu's positive and structured environment. Expect homework, but its fun homework. :)

  Amazing place to work out, learn authentic Shaolin kung fu, also very well defined and specific movements for health, self defense and use of weapons. The instructors are very professionals and really good detail teaching. Learning kung fu has help me to be more focus, concentrated and with a sharp mind. I highly recommend it for kids to help them develop more easily at school.

  Excellent Kung-fu school! I have trained at several other schools over the years, and this has been the best overall instruction I have received. I have been a student for a year now. The sifus are the most talented I have trained with, and are always kind and compassionate. I enjoy the emphasis on chi, forms, and drills. They teach self-defense also, but the concentration is not so much on combat (at least compared to other schools). They really make sure you have learned a form well, and their teaching has more substance than just teaching the memorizing of movements. I also really enjoy the Chan meditation as part of the Chi-gong classes. We have a wide range of students in terms of age and experience, and they adapt their instruction to the students needs. The situs have devoted a large portion of their life to studying this art, which is not something that can commonly be found in the US.
