Dogs always happy to stay there
Excellent pet hotel. Staff is caring and knowledgeable. I will definitely board my cat at the Westlake Pet Motel again.
We just picked our three dogs up from this pet motel yesterday. Two of the dogs seemed to want to follow one of the attendants back into the kennels. Usually, we are told that our dogs were miserable the entire time we're gone. Not this time. It was very obvious that they were happy and well taken care of. I wish that I had gotten then attendant's name. She was very sweet and took excellent notes regarding our dogs' needs. We won't hesitate to bring our dogs there again.
We love the Westlake Pet Motel, the staff is wonderful and our dog loves staying there!! He gets excited as soon as we pull in the driveway and can't wait to go in and see all the other dogs.

The Westlake Pet Motel took care of our three dogs for years before we moved out of the area. Alli, Gina, and the rest of the crew are always friendly, helpful, and conscientious. Our dogs were excited to go every time and happy when we picked them up. It felt like we were taking them to summer camp instead of dropping them off to be boarded. One of our dogs had a very particular diet because of a health condition, and they accommodated him cheerfully and made sure that our instructions were followed. We always felt our dogs were getting the best care possible when we left them there and never worried on their account. They also do a great job with baths!
