I’ve had lovely experiences in classes here, and there has always been space to breathe. But know that this is a small-town studio: one room, no restroom, very limited class times.

There is a new class 8:30am on Sundays that I just took and the teacher is AMAZING. Best yoga class I’ve ever taken, her name is Gillian. I highly recommend her!
I took the Aroma Yoga class with Dawn. It was wonderful. We practiced yoga focusing on the chakras while breathing in and smelling various aroma oils she put on our hands. It was very relaxing. Only wish I lived here so I could attend every week. Highly recommend for a relaxing and energizing practice.
I took the 5 rhythms dance class . I felt amazing afterwards and want to take another class a.s.a.p. ! The class had an excellent selection of music that was being played and the instructor is the best !
