I came to Adele in bad shape ( stressed out/hopeless) due to an incredibly horrendous situation. She listened, wanted to hear my story. She did this with genuine compassion, kindness, and understanding. Her suggestions to cope were applicable and productive--immediately. Her advice is sound and tailored to ones needs, and situation; her active listening skills are incredible. She empowers a person and helps one to see oneself in a positive, introspective, profound and pragmatic way. She oozes happiness and radiates delight in her work. She is bright, intelligent, and an amazing therapist.

I cannot say enough about Adeles compassion and knowledge. She was delightful. How many people can you go to with a serious issue, have them comprehend the depth, and still maintain an attitude of hope and buoyancy amid a very realistic diagnosis. I left feeling understood, empowered, and validated enough to carry on with a very difficult situation in a healthy way. I had previously seen another therapist who was quite fussy who had the same diagnosis of the issue, but not the same balanced solutions. She is truly in love with life and it shows and is so helpful. A truly amazing healer.
