The team here are fast and efficient. They gave me the price before performing the work which I appreciate. I have been coming here for 20 years and have my whole family using this location. Reliable and friendly! I always go at random times of the day so there is no line. I also like that you can go and have fluids topped off like 3-4 times before your next oil change which is a real $$ saver!

I requested an oil change and a radiator flush. The service was completed quickly and efficiently, as a result of the team effort. Collaboration amongst co-workers is a key factor to ensure great customer service. I applaud Jiffy Lube for endorsing such standards. Received; Oil change, new spark plugs, headlights cleaned, maybe 1 more service.

They did fib about the wait time, let's call it a "little white lie". I was on lunch, good thing I am a salaried employee, v. hourly.

Thought changing spark plugs would improve fuel efficiency, not sure if it did , then again, gas is so high? Pray they did their best.

I always get the best customer service here at this location. The manager Javier and his team are immediately attentive and genuinely helpful with inquiring things needed, to get services done to my car. I always feel welcomed to come back to this location and I trust them to provide all services needed/required for my car. I finally decided to go there ,and I was so happy I did.
Let me tell you why !!! Definitely a good place to go ,they keep your records and can give you discounts there very kind did not try to up-sell .Anyway took my mom's car in because she just came out of the hospital ,her car needed some work because it's been sitting awhile so they gave me some air in the tires they topped off my fluids and they let me know the battery needed to be changed. Still they also let me use my discount that I got offline using my smartphone . Again very nice group of people very knowledgeable even referred me to go to atlas transmission for my other car I looked up their reviews and they're pretty good too I will definitely come back again!! Mom and I thank you Jiffy Lube.
