(March 5, 2022, 2:16 pm)Last night wind blew out our hot water heater pilot light. The heater is outside in a spot that makes re-lighting difficult. I couldn’t get it to light. Tony came and within minutes had it lit. I expected the weekend charge-up but $85 seemed reasonable on an early Saturday morning. He was friendly and prompt. I’d use them again.

They were able to fit me in to their schedule very quickly.. office dispatcher was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and assigned a very knowledgeable plumber (don’t recall his name) that completed the job in a timely manner.
