I have been suffering from lower back pain for more than 5 years. It started as lower back pain and then began to radiate to my sciatica, my hip and then burning pain down my thigh!!! This issue then began to cause pain in other areas of my body not connected to this!! At times the severity of pain was so great and constant I was brought to tears and my quality of life was suffering!!

I went the medical doctor route for treatment and they wanted to write RX for drugs with NO diagnosis or plan of treatment!! Never took the RX and searched for alternative treatment.

Access Health- Dr. Rodrigo Pina is my 3rd and final chiropractor!!! I chose this office because of the fact that I can get chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy and acupuncture all at the same location. Their are 2 wonderful doctors in this practice, Dr Pina (male) and Dr. Rhoda (female) Although there are 2 physical locations, one in Torrance and one in Lomita, the staff is the same. The doctors rotate locations and it makes things very convenient for my crazy (before Covid) schedule.

Dr. Pina spends so much time with all his patients. I never feel rushed or pressured to hurry up. He listens to my responses which helps him understand if the treatments are working. In addition, he directly oversees ALL my treatments and has on several occasions called over the physical therapist or massage therapist and shows them what he wants them to work on or help me with!!!

Since Covid has set my treatments back (my choice to take a break) for 3 months, I have been back for treatments a little over 3 months now. I have never had such great pain relief in over 5 years!!!
I attribute my great relief to Dr. Pina and his knowledge and experience with pain treatment. No other doctor, chiropractor or any other professional has diagnosed my issue like Dr. Pina. My previous chiropractor office even ordered an MRI and still no relief!!! I also believe that it is his ability to listen to me and take the time to find out what’s working for my relief!!! Not only am I now having pain relief I am learning how to avoid doing things incorrectly to avoid the pain coming back!!

The entire office is warm, friendly, and professional!!
If you are in pain and want permanent pain relief I highly recommend Access Health and Dr. Rodrigo Pina!!

Very satisfactory treatment! Scheduled weekly at first, then as my condition got better my appointments became semi-weekly, then monthly until I felt 100%. He educated me on posture and body movement and alignment to prevent future issues. Great experience and very reasonable cost.
