Dr. Fleming and his team are very professional and pleasant to deal with. They treat all their patients with respect and by the all the examinations are thru one feels like family. I have been going to Dr. Fleming for a few years and I have always liked him and been impressed with his knowledge, competence and how personable he is. Yesterday it was very close to the office's closing time and I called as my daughter had been hit in the eye with a tennis ball.. The office staff were so helpful and said I could come in right away. They were waiting for us when we arrived and provided prompt, excellent service and much needed peace of mind. I give this office 5 stars for service, competency and helpfulness.
I've been a patient of Dr. Fleming for about 30 years and have gotten all my glasses from him during that time. Scott (Dr. Fleming) is extremely knowledgeable about issues related to vision, eye health, and even personal health affecting the eyes. This is important to me since I am a diabetic. He continually upgrades his optical equipment to keep pace with the latest technologies. His office staff is also very knowledgeable regarding glass frames and lenses and they are super nice to work with.
I started going to Dr. Fleming years ago, when I started working at Providence Little Co Of Mary Hospital and all my co-workers recommended him. Since then I have referred many friends and family to his office. He is professional, service oriented, extremely knowledgeable and always available for an emergency. His staff is also excellent. It is obvious that they all love what they do and it shows!
