I have known Brett mostly as personal friend and not as a client. I would like to add that this review is totally unsolicited. I am compelled to write this as I have had expensive and stressful experiences with attorneys with no ethics. Brett is truly one of the most ethical and fair persons I have every had the pleasure to meet. Even as a child, he was smart, diligent and highly competent in every area he was interested in. My family used Brett Markson (and Tim was invovled as well) in an auto accident inury claim.
