The McKean Team initially met with us to sale our home. They helped us stage it so the photos would reflect the warmth and quality of the home and the video and photos were very professional. They helped us price it well to get the most and sell quickly and then walked us through the selling process. They then helped us to find our new home and worked diligently showing us every house we wanted to see. Their expertise was invaluable with identifying potential issues with homes we were considering and once an offer was accepted in taking care of all the home and specialty inspections to ensure we knew what we were buying. During the recession of 2009 when housing prices were lower, Dave helped us get into a fine home in Valencia. He took into account our finances and the fact that my wife needed a single story house. He took us through the process and took care of all the details in a seamless fashion. Nine years later he helped us sell the house when we moved out of state.
