  I ordered a squat rack from them and it is great so far. Shipping was fast and it was Secure and unscathed. I broke a bolt while assembling it and reached out to them and they immediately responded and sent a new one. Great customer service!

  I love my elliptical AND the Body Flex Sports company! It's a great product at a great price and I've gotten into great shape using it! After some use, my machine revealed itself to have a faulty part, so I got ahold of Body Flex Sports and they quickly made it right! They responded to my email right away and kept in touch with me throughout the entire replacement process. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other Body Flex Sports items, not only because they're a great value, but because they stand behind their products 100%! I highly recommend this elliptical and anything else Body Flex Sports produces!

  After using my Body Flex machine for over a year and half I had a few issues, called the customer support number to order a few parts and they got back to me right away. They told me to send in photos of the issue and so I did, they covered the part and shipping. They have amazing customer support and I love my Trio Trainer!

  I had a wonderful experience with Body Flex Customer Service. After about 10 months of great use, the base started making noise. Given I was still under warranty, I was sent a whole new base. The communication through the whole process was excellent, from responding very timely to my initial call about the issue, to continuous updates on the troubleshooting,to letting me know when to new base was being shipped. I was even impressed that I was told that they were going to test the new base for good working condition before they were going to ship it out. I worked mostly with Alma and she was phenomenal. She even remembered to send out the additional bolt and washer that I needed as a replacement to the ones that I already had but were subsequently damaged when I had to change bases.
  Roxanna was also great, communicating when the pieces were being shipped.
  
  Excellent customer service and follow through!!
