  My daughter Kaya has been coming for several months now and she loves it! The trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable. They push their students hard and make sure they get the best workout. Kaya gives a shout-out to her trainers Vinnie, Alvin, Greg, Memo, Ray and Ryan who are all great.

  One love fit club is one of the best gyms I’ve been to! The front desk staff are great on the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. All of the class instructors do a great job of ensuring everyone in class works hard but also understand the technique. I highly recommend one love fit club to anyone who wants a great work out!

  From never going to the gym to coming 6 days a week now, I think it's safe to say I'm addicted to this place. I'll be honest, it seemed extremely intimidating at first, but the first workout in you realize how friendly and encouraging everyone is. It's been about 7 months since my first class and so far I've lost 50lbs and feel a huge difference in my energy levels, confidence and strength. If you're even a little bit interested in giving kickboxing a try I recommend this place!

  Well I was starting to get heavier and heavier and I didn't want to start going to a regular gym I would always get bored and then eventually stop going. So I decided I'll check this place out because kick boxing sounds like it would be pretty fun. They have a 5 classes and gloves for $30 and that sounded like a good deal. I got a tour from Sasha and I liked how everything was so I just ended up just signing up for the year and I have no regrets other than I should have gone sooner. I've noticed quite a big difference after taking classes 5 days a week I've dropped 25ish lbs and I feel great. I didn't really notice the difference until I got my ID from work that was taken before I started coming here (picture below). The staff is nice which always ask how I'm doing and they seem to genuinely care. One of the most important things is the classes are always different so I never feel bored and there's always something new and interesting to learn. I would definitely recommend checking it out you will love it.

  One Love Fit Club is the best decision I made to join. The staff and trainers are very nice, welcoming and friendly and is there to answer your questions when needed. The work out classes can be a bit challenging due to the high intensity but overall you get a good work out with no stress. It is a happy place to be :)
