I like ACOSolar Inc. They have full knowledge in solar energy. My first purchase was in 2019, and I purchased 27 pieces of 72Cells Phono Solar solar panels and SMA inverters. Their customer service gave me product support and technical guidance. It must be said honestly that I am most concerned about the price part, and I got my expectations. They can sell to retail customers at wholesale prices, which shocks me.

This year, my cousin purchased 310W solar panels here. He chose the same SMA inverter. We look forward to the successful completion of this purchase order. And they also have 25W small solar panels, which I tried to install on my outdoor lights.

This is an EXCELLENT company and is how EVERY company should take care of its customers. We ordered a portable generator (from another company) and our portable solar panels from these guys. We could not find a power cord (that worked correctly with male and female in the correct positive and negative connectors) to connect the solar to the generator. Even the cords recommended by the manufacturer of the generator were incorrect. We called ACOSolar back to see if they could help with the cord. He stayed of the phone and sorted it out and then sent us multiple cords to try at NO extra charge. Everything worked great. We were packing to go camping the next day and plugged the generator into our home outlet to charge it up and it was dead! Would not charge. We called ACOSolar up and they said come on down and we will figure it out for you. We found a way better generator than we had gotten from the other company for barely more money than the first junky one we bought. The staff made sure everything worked with the panels, (their generator came with a cord). Professional, courteous friends, and really went the extra mile to save our camping trip... because we HAVE to run a CPAP! Hands down do business with these guys and you will remember what customer service is supposed to be like!
