“So, I bought headlights for the WRX in April... had an installation issue/ question to which they quickly responded, answered my questions, and decided to just send me new harnesses for the HIDs, for the price of shipping. (I had to return the originals.) Done and done, problem solved. Fast forward to November, and one of the bulbs burned out. I asked them if they had a recommendation for what to do, and what to buy. For the price of shipping, they are sending me a new bulb, because they said it was not common to have one burn up so quickly. (I have to return the original.) This was an amazon order, and I paid for the shipping costs via PayPal when they sent me invoices to my email address for the shipping charges. I used Facebook messenger for my communications, so I could immediately send screenshots of the order, and photos of the complications, etc. I have nothing but good things to say about the service, and I do like the lights. Fast forward to December... The replacement bulb they sent was a wrong color - no biggie. But the set sent after that had wiring issues. Customer service has been awesome, but I have to say, I wish the HIDs had less issues for me! Lol Housings still look great, though.”
