“Super friendly and accommodating staff! Awesome check in and check out times, better than any other hotel. A real breakfast including eggs and either bacon or sausage and pancakes or waffles, plus all the normal stuff like juice, coffee, muffins, fruit, cereal, bagels. Nice pool and hot tub. Pretty standard rooms, not the best sound proofing but other than that I loved my stay and I will be staying there again in the future!”

Took 1 star off for that. Whenever I am in town, I always come here despite moving away. “I hired Mr Chen to represent me for my landlord to tenants dispute, which has been lasting/ dragging for more than 5 years. It was a nightmare to have 2 tenants who refused to early terminate the lease by amicable terms and still dragged me to a lawsuit. The tenant was able to have a default judgement against me and a lien almost entered to my property (not successful). I first hired an attorney who was 5 star reviewed and he charged me for everythig, calls, texts, and even monthly account mainten fees. And he was able to dismiss the default judgement but his fees were like 3 times more than the original quote i got. At the 3rd request for another $5k to refill the retainer, I decided to quit. Then I found Mr Chen. Not only he immediately told me my case had a limitation of attorney fees in the lease, so both party is liable for their attorney fee, so it’s not worth to keep this law suit go on. The previous attorney never mentioned to me about the limitation and said the fee clause can be uplifted by certain statue. Mr chen was the only attorney I consulted that told me to accept the settlement agreement the opposing attorney has mentioned. He told me in california, landlord won’t get much help from a jury trial. The other attorneys were basically dancing and didn’t have an opinion. At least I didn’t hear any obvious opinion. And then, Mr Chen sent me a beyond reasonable retainer and I accepted it. Along the case, there were texts, emails, and calls. Mr chen pushed the case forward immediately and fast forwardedly. My case was able to reach a final settlement agreement within 1 week or so, not more than 2 weeks right after the retainer agreement. It was dragging for more than 5 years before Mr chen. Mr chen drafted the settlement agreement at like 1 am on a saturday morning if my memory serves me right. He was pushping the opposing attorney hard to get the settlement done. He joked that if the other attorney would not settle, he will drive to her office to beer her into settlement… I laughed hard on that one. Anyways, he showed up timely on all hearings and I know he isn’t a real estate attorney, but he handled my tenant landlord dispute so well that I‘d like all landlords to look into his service. He didn’t charge me for a penny on the texts, messages and calls. So don’t be afraid of his slightly higher hourly rate. He is worth it. I‘d like to retain him for another case if he takes me. All in all, he is an attorney that is truly kind and think about his client’s benefits as priority number 1. Trust me, I’ve dealt with attorneys and not many attorneys are like that. He put absolutely my benefit front of his attorney fees.”

“This is a hole in the wall place that serves traditional breakfast, both savory and sweet. It is nicely decorated and seems to be run by a couple who take pride in both the cleanliness, the decor, and the food. This is not gourmet by any means, but well made American food served promptly and generously. Check out my pictures for a sense of the place. Also, it is conveniently located 2 minutes walking distance from the Tesla service center so if you need to wait for your car there's a place to hang out. They gave me the Wi-Fi password too!”

“I would have give 1 star for them but give 5 star for the store Manager Darrel. I bought a pair of sneaker in June 2022, my bad and it is my fault is I tried only my right feet when I was at store because at that time the 2 piece of shoes was tight together so it was hard to put 2 piece at the same time. Then I did not have chance to wear it since it is white color, work has been busy until yesterday was Sat 09/17 I took it out to wear with my jean, I cut the tag and wear it to go out. However, from my room to the door, I feel the left pinky toes so hurt, something inside. I checked and find out seems a small ball if thread or fabric inside the corner which can not be fixed easily. Therefore, today I went to Tjmaxx, did shopping and asked to return, shoes was clean new in the bag with receipt and tag . I understand policy 30 days returns and knew that I will get store credit only. When I get to cashier name Ivy M ( coordinator), she declined right away and showed me the policy return, she stated that the shoes is unsellable and used. I asked her several time why because shoes still the same as I bought and tag is there, why I can not even have a store credit. She kept saying No No sorry sorry and kept pointing out the policy on the wall for me. Her attitude was very personal like I was telling lie her. I just spend almost $100 to shop here and want to have credit for $23 shoes. I told her it is ok if they do not accept it. I was about to leave but looking at her attitude I feel like she was cheating on me so I asked to have Manager come to confirm, if the Manager said No then I will donate this pair of shoes no problem, just my bad and will need to learn experience from there. Darrel ( I think) the manager came out, he looked at receipt and tag and shoes, he said only store credit. I told him yes I know that but his agent told me I even have no store credit. He had to tell her to issue store credit. Her face and attitude was very annoyed to me. You can see the upset in her face. It was really a humiliation feeling for me to return the small items and met such that attitude, she make you feel like you are a big liar or a scammer try to steal the store $23. I still give 5 star because nothing wrong with the store and especially the Manager who tried his best to maintain customer services standard and one unwell trained agent should not make whole hard work of the others become 0. From my experience you should check all items within 30 days and make sure if they have any defect since buying do not take it otherwise you may end up for not being refunded or get credit with reason used and unsellable.”
