My experience at this facility was very good. The staff was very attentive, I did not have to wait a long time. The Nurse Practitioner that attended to me was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.. He was able to prescribe medication that has helped me a lot, I feel much better today, and am improving.

My 9 year old grandson was sick. He had the flu. I was very impressed. The only one there was the nurse. She did a great job & was very good with my grandson. Definitely would recommend Care First.

Kathleen was marvelous. Even though there was no doctor there, she diagnosed my problem and did a FaceTime for me. I’m much better today.
She was caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this urgent care over Care Spot that couldn’t see me over 2 1/2 hours. That’s not urgent care.
Go to CareFirst You will not be disappointed.

I am very very pleased with CareFirst. Staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was in and out in a timely fashion and the office was very clean. I would give 10 stars if I could. This will definitely be my go to urgent care going forward in the future!

Great service. The receptionist and registered nurse were extremely kind and helpful. Even when I called in to ask a question, the receptionist took her time to address my concerns and was pleasant on the phone. It’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care facility. Highly recommend stopping in for any services rather than going to an ER or to your primary care physician. The earlier you go, the better.
