(January 11, 2019, 7:32 am)After experiencing a flood in my apartment, my new wool rug was completely damaged. There was a smell to it from the water; further, half the rug had massive kinks in it I could not get out. Sun Light picked up and returned my rug within 10 days. They cleaned it multiple times and re-stretched the rug so it lies flat again...good as new! Thank you :)

He's also super-nice and will talk you through whatever needs to be done. He also offered me a discount. Highly recommend!
