“Fantastic stay at a great property. Everything is new, fresh and modern. The staff is well trained, welcoming and very prompt. At most hotels over the past few years, staffing problems have a significant and negative impact on guest experience but they are doing it right and everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We loved our room and the iconic view of downtown LA. Food was also great both in the restaurants and room service. I was not familiar with the Pendry brand and chose it because it's part of the Preferred Hotel network. They've made a fan out of me and I will definitely be back!”

“Dr. Argenta is an AMAZING dentist!!! Prior to seeing Dr. Argenta I was going to a dental office that seems to care more about making sales than the patients actual needs. I was not comfortable and felt suspicious with the amount of work they were saying that I needed and I wanted a second opinion. I was recommended by a close friend who I trust, to see Dr. Argenta. I was so happy that she referred me to him. I went in for an exam, and sitting in his chair I was already feeling very comfortable with him. He was very thorough, explained everything that he was doing, and he went over my x-rays in full detail of what treatment needs to be done and where. I could already tell he was a very honest dentist and felt that I can trust him. A crown on one of my top molars had chipped, and I had a small piece of a tooth left in its place, which needed to be extracted. It was a prior root canal, and the crown broke a couple times, and had to get redone a couple times. Just a really bad tooth that I have had problems with for years. He went over all of my options and I decided that a dental implant was the way to go for me since this had been a problem tooth of mine for years. As frightened as I was of the implant process it went very smooth. The whole process took less than a year to complete. Dr. Argenta made the whole process painless, and each time he was working on my tooth he would constantly ask if I am doing ok. He has great bedside manner, after each appointment he would follow up to check how my tooth area was feeling. You can really tell that he cares about his patients, and he takes pride in his work. With my experience dentists like him are hard to find. I got my tooth put in last week, and I am so happy with how my new tooth implant looks and feels. He did such a great job. Dr. Argenta is a very trust worthy dentist and I will only trust him to work on my teeth from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Argenta for all your dental needs, he is truly amazing!!!! Thank you so much Dr. Argenta!!!”

“I'm sorry to see all of the negative reviews because I've been coming here for over ten years now and the service has consistently been excellent. Yes, there has been pharmacist turnover but they have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff (including Ruzanna, Matthew and Chris) are always polite, helpful and efficient.) The current pharmacist (Daniel) and the manager (Robbie) greet me by name and always ask about my mom. My parents owned gas stations for years. Just a suggestion to customers: if you want to get "in" with any customer service employees you deal with, maybe give a little bit of the kindness and consideration you're expecting to receive.”

Convenient for a quick bite if you are staying at the Andaz though I would venture to other restaurants if you are just passing through or visiting the area. Overall, I was whelmed with my experience here and would visit again only if I were, again, a guest at the Andaz to take advantage of room charging for points bonuses. Edit: Breakfast is really tasty! Definitely enjoyed their breakfast offerings moreso than the lunch/dinner menu!”
