I am a retired educator, an 82 year old widow, and I am not very knowledge about real estate transactions.

Wilson impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of the intricacies involved with selling my house. He was always available to answer my questions; to give thoughtful advice and guide me through multiple pages of contracts and documents and patiently explaining anything I didn't understand. He went slowly, keeping me from being overwhelmed at the sheer volume of requirements. His honesty and integrity were evident as he and I talked about "doing the right thing", "the honest thing." He is a good man, treating seller and buyer respectfully and with good faith.
