I called this place on a Saturday about my broken iphone screen and was told to bring it in anytime before closing at 4 pm and that the repair would take 15 minutes (this sounded great). When I arrived I was greeted by Luciano (the owner I think). Sure enough he took my phone and 15 minutes later it was like it fresh out the box.
Quality service, communication, and true to his word, It all came out to less than $100. His shop also handles pc repair; all in all I highly recommend.
They were Fast, Friendly, Affordable and HONEST! I was blown away by the service I received. They had straightforward pricing that was less expensive than other places I quoted. They got to work on my iPhone 11 immediately, spent hours troubleshooting, communicated cleary ...and could have charged me for parts, could have tried to sell me a refurbished phone, but they identified it was a motherboard issue and charged me NOTHING for all they tried. You can't find service like that anymore!! The Apple store confirmed everything they said was 100% accurate, and there was nothing that could be done to fix that phone. Don't think twice - just give them a call today!!
I originally came to get my screen repaired. They fixed it quickly and cheaper than anyone else around.
I had an issue with the charging port after and the guy that helped me asked me to bring it back in. Turns out I needed it to be cleaned and I had to drive all the way back for aa service he could’ve upsold me on the first time I came in. I would’nt have had to drive back.
The guy seemed genuinely worried and gave me a discount on the cleaning service. And the phone worked great afterward. I just wish I wouldn’t’ve had to drive all the way back.
