“I attended a social media party (hosted by Mashable and the Social Media Club) at Unici Events, 9461 Jefferson Blvd. It was my first time at this facility. Not only was the party a lot of fun but the facility is very cool. There are a lot of parties at Unici Events, 9461 Jefferson Blvd and I now understand why. It's very central and has a funky interior. The only downside: the bartenders were very slow. But other than that, I like the layout and look forward to attending more events at this location.”

“Finally I signed up for a Ceramics class at Weingart Gallery. I took ceramics in college and I really enjoy the atmosphere here. For what it is it is reasonably priced, (Art is expensive.) My instructor is great, he lets the people who sort of want to go on their own do that and he helps you when you ask. They offer nice equipment and facilities, and the ceramic studio is pretty clean and orderly (for a ceramic studio). I just adore the whole atmosphere. The gallery store has some very inspiring pieces and the cafe is so delicious. I had the best lemon bar of my life there. Seriously. The tomato soup and tuna salad sandwich, yum. :D”

“This place is great. At first I was pretty bad at throwing clay, but with constant attention from the amazing staff, pretty soon it was like the scene from Ghost, having a very fun and romantic time with my then girlfriend and now wife in no small part thanks to full circle pottery! They have tons of throwing wheels and all the clay types and tons of glazing colors available allowing literally thousands of combinations of colors and finishes. Best of all, it's all charged hourly and is quite reasonable, so you don't get nickel and dimed like some of the other studios, allowing your creativity to run free! Like :)”
