I had a horrible experience with a company trying to take funds out of my checking account, due to an error that they created. I was so upset when I found out that they were trying to do this, I ran to my bank to see how I could stop them. She helped me right away, and answered all my questions. The branch manager before her was just as amazing in years past. I'm a long time customer. In fact she was visiting the office when I was there today and said "hi" and made sure I was being taken care of. I couldn't have received better customer service.
