“I greatly appreciate the efficiency and courtesy of Emely. I forgot my ID at home so she told me that I didn't have to stand in line when I came back. When I came back, the customer in front of me had so much going on for their transaction, but she worked very swiftly and neatly and made sure their needs were met before she attended to mine. She ensured that she completed her work in accordance with BofA standards, despite the pressure she felt from me, waiting impatiently, and the customer ahead of me. To top it off, I miscalculated how many 20s and 50s I would need to complete my transaction, and didnt realize my mistake, even after repeating it to her several times. I grew more and more frustrated due to the miscommunication (and my oversight), but Emely kept her cool, divvied out the CORRECT number of bills, and sent me on my way with a gentle, "Have a nice day". I took the time to write this because I have been in plenty situations where the customer service agent would have handled me, and the other customer, in a rude or hostile manner. Thank you Emely for serving us with grace and tact.”

But before that, it was frustratting before talking to her because the other staff didn't bother helping anyone out 10 minutes before they left the bank (This was on 09/08/2018 around 4:30 PM) waited for so long and can see these people just idling on their computers doing who knows what. I can understand that its getting at the end of the day but there is also a responsibility to do your job until the shift is over. Regardless, not a good branch to go to compared to other Chase banks around.”
