“I brought my 90's Squire Strat to Guitar Alley to essentially be refurbished. It had been sitting in its case for a long time before I dug it out of the closet and realized that it needed a great deal of work. Mr. Hefner did a fantastic job on it and it plays, sounds, feels, and looks great. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help you out and accommodate your needs. The only reason why I did not give a full 5 stars is because it did take a while for me to get my guitar back, although I do know much work needed to be done (full polish, fretwork, some rewiring, new tuners, etc.). The fact that they get a lot of business probably contributed to this as well. I think their hours are a bit limiting if you have a busy schedule but they are willing to work with you to make sure you are taken care of. Overall, I had a very good experience interacting with the staff and am more than pleased with how my guitar turned out. I am definitely going to do future business with them if I need it and would highly recommend this company.”
