“Not a big fan of Metro Pcs. I lost my phone, bought a new one from a wonderful employee named Cynthia. My phone was latwr returned to me and the following day i went to have my service returned to my original phone. It takes a few weeks before they can switch the number back and that was a little irritating but, Cynthia's customer service totally eased the pain. She's currently trying to see if i can get my service returned to my old phone. I appreciate the effort regardless of the outcome.”

“My experience here has been nothing but good so far. On Black Friday, they roped off the walkway from the door down the side of the store and only let in about 25 to 30 people at a time. Good thinking! My only issue is that there's not enough workers sometimes to help when you have a question. But the good thing is that the store is not super huge like Walmart where there're no associate for miles.”
