After we purchased and paid for the appliances, we found out that some discounts did not get applied to our prices. Ryan in customer service took his time and patiently sorted through the problems with us. The only reason why the store didn't get a 5 stars, because they misinformed us about the discounts, we ended up applied for a Lowe card without getting the discount.”
