I don't understand how the system chose the wrong length key, but unfortunately the final products were shorter than the original key and were useless. KeyMe help line were quick and responded to fix my issue with credit or refund to redo the key and gave a plausible explanation that the scanning system may be off and may need an adjustment or calibration by their technicians. Even I understand that computers simply due what they're programmed to do and aren't always accurate. This mishap will not detour from using their service again, especially since their help line were so prompt to explanation and resolving the issue.”
