“I inherited a house that had not been properly maintained. The house had a large amount of exposed wood facia and flaking, old paint. I collected 5 paint estimates and decided on Pfeifer Painting Company. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but was very competitive, and what swayed me was company owner Bruce Pfeifer does the painting. Bruce was on time to appointments and the house was painted on schedule at the estimated price. Having painted my own homes in the past I appreciate how proper preparation prolongs the life of the paint covering. I was impressed by the preparation work. Bruce and his crew were sanding machines! II found Bruce was very attentive to detail from sanding to painting. Based on my personal experience I will use Bruce again and believe he is excellent at his trade.”

“It’s been a while since the last time I painted my house. I kept procrastinating this task because I intended to do it myself, but I need the right tools. My house has very high ceilings and it would simply be exhausting. Hiring someone to do it would also cost me a lot of money because I would need the whole house painted inside and out. A friend recently told me that he hired Loyalty Construction to do the whole painting job in his house. His house is bigger than mine and when he told me the price I just couldn’t believe it so I called them right away. We arranged an appointment and they came right on time to give me an estimate. It was surprisingly affordable so I said yes immediately. They came the next day and painted the whole house inside and out. They did a wonderful, quality job. I highly recommend their services.”
