After a few other estimates I called him back and not because he was the cheapest because he seemed fair and was not pushy. We were glad we went with him. He did excellent work, did what he said he would do and even a little more. I want to add that when we decided to leave off part of the project, which meant a few hundred less for Carl he was okay with it. This guy is honest and does great work. I will use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.”

Several things I wanted I thought were extra and she assured me they were already included in the price. I had many repairs in my stucco, some of which were pretty severe. They came out and though I thought at first there was a mistake that he was there by himself, he proved me wrong. They completed all the repairs to the point where you would never know the holes and cracks ever existed. My house sparkles and they had to deal with 3 different colors.
