In addition the cabinet refinishers had tossed out a needed part to attach the disposal!! Shawn called the office to see if they had an extra of the missing part, and Mr. Knight brought it over. I honestly looked up prices for the service before he came, and when he told me the quote on fixing my issue, it was perfectly in the middle between the lowest cost and highest cost.
