I can’t believe I just passed 1,200 classes!! I’ve never been able in almost 50 years of sticking with any fitness program. The coaches, staff and workouts are unmatched!!

So awesome! The workout was great and I’m feeling it even two days later. Coaches and staff were so kind and helpful. No gym snobs here, all positivity and I’m hooked because of it. Reaching my goals doesn’t feel so intimidating now so thank you for that!

I joined OTF 5 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I have never stuck with a workout regime before Orangetheory but I am now addicted to OTF. I love that you workout at your own pace, the workouts are never the same, the music motivates you, the coaches encourage you and believe it or not you will feel like other members are like family after awhile. I live for my 60 minutes under the orange lights and have FOMO when I miss a couple days. I am down 25lbs since I started and I have never been stronger. I HIGHLY recommend OTF to anyone!

I absolutely love this place. The coaches are great and I always feel like I’m being challenged physically(in a good way). They always have great workouts and the front desk ladies are always super helpful and nice.

I love Orange Theory! The workouts are always different and never boring. The exercises are strenuous but each individual works out at their own level. The heart rate monitor is brilliant, you always know if you’re working at the right intensity. The instructors are so fun and upbeat that you feel like you’re just having a good time with supportive friends, and the music is always pumping. I feel like I’ve worked out my entire body every single time I leave OTF. Thanks to this gym and the amazing instructors I’m stronger than I’ve ever been.
