Dr. Ow Young and her staff bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Her assistant was incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. O has an exceptional bedside manner and went above and beyond to meet my needs. They spent 2 and a half hours helping me get what I need/want and did so with professionalism and respect. I will continue to chose her office for my optometric needs and have already referred her to friends.

She was the only optometrist in my 28 years of life that explained to me how I have my eye condition. My glasses just recently started loosening due to my own accidental fault. They gladly fixed them for me after half a year of purchase.
