My intentions when walking in the the store was to just look and go check out more options at other similar stores. I was greeted by Fatima upon entrance. She told us to feel free to look around and she would help us with questions. Then Fausto came in and started educating and explaining with details what our options where. My husband and I felt comfortable so we decided to look no further. Our questions where answered in detail and they were very patient with us. We are extremely satisfied with the costumer service received from Fatima and Fausto. They make a awesome team and work very well together! I am excited to see the end results of our purchase and labor from La Casa De Ceramica. A BIG Thank you to both Fausto and Fatima!

Tere was very helpful in helping us find the exact tile we were looking for. We showed up after the store was closed and she still took the time to help us. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions.
