Bought 2 new tires in AZ and heard some funny noises while traveling to Calif the next week. Stopped into America's tires in Dublin Calif and receivered EXCELLENT service from Morgan. He quickly had me bring my car to the back and did a visual check on all four tires and checked the air pressure as well, He told us that sometimes when a new tire hits new asphalt, a howling sound may occur - that is exactly what we were hearing. He reassured us that the tires were all good and even even cleaned all four tires. I will always buy any new tires from Discount/America's Tires. Just gotta love their business model!

A for service, D for wait times. I was able to have a lovely lunch across the way, so all is well that ends well. The guy who fix my tire was exceptionally nice.

The customer service was 100%. They explained all I needed to know in detail. They gave a great discount and they were prompt. They are also offering free air checks and inflation on your tires.

Solid experience. Professional, educational, clean, fast, trustworthy. Good sales too.

Reasonable prices but the staff is essentially unaware of their product. They are just sales people not tire specialists.
Generally good service and fast.
