Habit Busters - Andrew Rader

31 days ago Andrew helped me stop chewing tobacco. I’m 41 years old and began dipping at 15 while attending boarding school. It’s a habit I had tried to quit multiple times to stop but never could. I no longer have to stop at the gas station to buy a tin or leave spitter around the house. Thanks for changing my life in one session.

Andrew is a true expert and compassionate in how he approached my challenges. He was flexible and helped me move to a new set point over the last few months. It takes time and Andrew tried different approaches that helped to change some behaviors I wanted to let go of. I highly recommend! He was a great coach.

I made an appointment with Andrew for February 27, 2007. Truly that was the hardest part, I had smoked for 20 years and was a fully committed secret smoker by the time I made the call. I smoked every cigarette I had on the way to the appointment, even during my appointment I planned a stop at 7-11 to get some Indian spirits...the appointment ended I payed the money and left. It was only when I got home I realized I had driven right past the store, it didn’t even cross my mind! I didn’t have a craving after that which dispelled my belief that my addiction to cigarettes was physical. Haven’t smoked since 02-27-2007. I was a heavy, 2 pack a day smoker and had been smoking for 30 years. ONE SESSION with Andy and I am now at 1 year without even a single puff of a cigarette!!! Is he a wizard? Maybe but he is a wonderful man with truly amazing skills, nevertheless.
