Holly has been my dentist for quite some time. I would highly recommend her without hesitation !
Dr. Downes has been my "go to" dentist for over twenty (20) years and all I can say is "Great!". Years ago I moved about 30 miles away from her Mill Valley office, but don't think twice about zipping down there for my dental care. And CARE it is - EXCELLENT.
I hadn't been to the dentist in 17 years, and three friends recommended Holly as being very kind and skilled with people afraid of dentists. I've been going to her practice for ...nearly 30 years now, and indeed, she is the kindest, gentlest, most patient, and skilled dentist. She picks and trains her staff with care so they also are kind, patient, and skilled. I recommend her practice whole-heartedly, and with happy teeth!
Dr. Downes and Ana work together flawless and efficiently. They are caring and always aware of your comfort. There was no pain afterward and I am very happy with the results.
The level of modern dentistry is like nothing I had previously experienced. The detailed explanation of what is being done and what needs to be done is, again, greater than I have ever experienced in the past. Everyone in the office, from Dr. Downes, Kathleen, Ana, Sam and little Ivy, make an appointment at the dentist something that I actually look forward to.....I'd rate them with many more stars, if more were an option
