West America Tae Kwon Do

I earned my Black Belt here and so did my kids. I have been to many schools over the years and feel lucky to have such a great dojo in my own backyard. All the teachers are to notch and the kids love it. It's like having a giant extended family.

Our family absolutely loves West America TKD. They are like family to us and I cannot express enough our gratitude for how they care for our kids as people and as students. They worked so hard during COVID to continue to provide excellent programming that allowed each child to maintain a sense of groundedness and routine and even allowed them to progress and thrive. The instructors are excellent, the community warm and welcoming. Our kids have gone to aftercare there and summer camp, as well as doing the regular programming and everything they have participated in has been fantastic.

West America TKD is absolutely fantastic. They are terrific with kids of all ages and ability. I can't say enough how much of a positive impact they have had on my kids. They create a great environment for learning, discipline, and making martial arts fun. I HIGHLY recommend them! Six out of five stars!!

This is hands down the best martial arts school I have ever experienced. I was there first in 1987, then again in 2016 and now in 2022. Sensei and all the instructors are both incredibly good martial artists and instructors. There's a very good balance of men / women and boys / girls attending the classes. Everyone is incredibly nice. Highly recommended. And this is probably the best sport for building self-confidence in children.
